MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Oluwatoyin Ajayi is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN); a Tax Practitioner and Financial/Management Consultant. He studied Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic. Also, he is an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has over 27 year’s practical experience in audit, accounting, tax, management and financial matters.

He has been involved in papers presentations at ICAN District Level. He also attended series of seminars organized by ICAN and CITN. He is the Managing Partner and Principal Consultant of Messrs. JOHN AJAYI & C0, a firm of Chartered Accountants, Tax and Management Consultants.

PARTNER IN CHARGE OF AUDIT

David Oyewole, MBA, FCA Mr. Oyewole is a graduate of Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds an MBA degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He has over 21 years working knowledge and experience in audit, accounting and information technology was the managing

partner of David Oye & Co. before he was merged with John Ajayi & Co. (Chartered Accountant).
Anthony Ndudim Anaba, ACA, ACTI, Mr. Anthony Ndudim Anaba is in charge of Audit Matters. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Benue State University. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He has over 21 years working knowledge and experience in Audit, Accounting and Information Technology.

ACCOUNTANT

Mr. Joshua Ajayi is the firm’s Accountant and Assistant Manager on Tax Matters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and later qualified as a member of Associate of Certified Chartered Accountant – ACCA

LEAD CONSULTANT

Anthony Mark-Chinye, Lead Associate at John Ajayi & Co (Chartered Accountants), is armed with accounting background and over 14 years experience in leadership, finance, accounting, internal control, management, business development, advertising, cost management, and administration. Before joining John Ajayi & Company in May 2016, Anthony held important positions in reputable organisations where he was able to build credibility with

top management. The organisations include: Marketing and Media Limited, Allianz Media Limited, Joeycash Engineering Nigeria Limited and TM Hays Consulting Limited. Over the years, Anthony dedicated himself to helping build robust and proven accounting department for the companies that he worked with. As part of his orientation and training, he developed good negotiation and spy pricing skills; that helped in the execution of a number of projects. This increased his versatility, networking, market awareness, productivity and direct result of escalating business effectiveness and efficiency. In addition to his professional experience, Anthony Mark-Chinye, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, and Associate Registered Practitioner in Advertising. He has attended several seminars including Operational Business Strategies for media effectiveness at the Pan-African University. Most importantly, he continues to expand his knowledge and skills in relevant areas. At John Ajayi & Company, Anthony combines his passion for service, ingenuity and excellence in the execution of well thought out business plans thereby spurring him to mastery of market penetration strategies, networking and strategic consulting. He had successfully led audit teams through key clients. Anthony Mark-Chinye is an interesting fellow and happily married with children.

  • Auditing and Investigation

    Under Section 157 of the Companies and Allied Matters Acts, 1990 (CAMA), every company is expected to have an Auditor. We act under this statute as the external auditors to any company. Government corporations, boards, and authorities are normally expected to have external auditors under the statute setting them up. We act similarly in this capacity, and our professional work is conducted strictly in accordance with the generally accepted accounting, auditing and reporting standards, and in accordance with the International Accounting Standards adopted in Nigeria.

  • Preparation of Accounts

    We prepare accounts for any organization, individual, business, or association for such period and according to any instruction given to us by management. This involves General Accounting Services, Evaluation of Accounting Systems, Financial Planning and Modelling and Accounting Training.

  • Taxation and Management

    We offer Advisory services on Personal and Companies taxation, obtaining personal income tax clearance certificate for employees, Companies Directors, Company Income Tax Clearance, assist clients as regards computation of PAYE Tax and Value Added Tax and settlement of it with the tax authorities, tax audit and monitoring on behalf of Government Revenue Board, and Tax Planning for clients.

  • Information Technology

    We install Accounting softwares for clients; customize suitable accounting package, Training, implementation and review. Examples are Mind Your Own Business Accounting for Small Businesses; Peachtree Complete Accounting for Medium Size Businesses; and Sage Line 50 or 100 (Financial Controller Network) for Large Businesses. These accounting software are integrated to show 150 reports to aid management decisions and promote the growth, efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
